How the Snap2Cover text message program works, what it costs, and how to stop or get help.
01Program description
The Snap2Cover text message program sends messages connected to auto and home insurance requests. Service messages include secure next step links, request confirmations, progress updates and reminders. Promotional messages about insurance options are sent only to people who separately agreed to them.
02How consent is given
Consent is given by checking the matching box on a Snap2Cover form and submitting it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the activity on a request and the programs a person joined.
04Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan with the mobile carrier. Snap2Cover does not charge for text messages.
05Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that program. A final message confirms the opt out, and no further messages from that program will be sent unless consent is given again.
06Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or use the contact details at the bottom of this page.
07Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier coverage and network availability.
08Privacy
Text message information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Opt in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
